Positive: Good place, Everything is great, Positively, take care , the building is renewed (not like what shows in Googlemaps) and the entrance is from the back door not direct from the street . Very clean room 👌 Everything is available Parking is available for free Suitable for small family Negative: Nothing, except I waited more than 2 hours waiting a reply from the apartment, the recive the call the close .... 😞 As I mentioned the building is very clean, and I was looking for the building and pictures that shown in Google maps ( which is very old, not like the fact ) Which is positive 😃

Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this apartment. Positive: The apartment was very cozy and beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, stove, and microwave in the kitchen. The living room featured a comfortable sofa and a smart TV, and the balcony was connected to both the living room and the second room, which had a large, soft double bed. There was plenty of storage space throughout the apartment. The bathroom was well-equipped with a hairdryer, hair straightener, washing machine, as well as shampoo and shower gel. A big bonus was the underground parking space for one car. The location was excellent — just a 3-minute walk from a tram stop that takes you quickly to the city center. The Fortuna sports hall was within walking distance, which we appreciated during our stay. The area was quiet and full of greenery.

Positive: Everything as described, fully equipment, including coffee pads. Negative: The sleeping.couch was a bit too small for 2 teenagers.

Prag ist eine der schönsten Städte der Welt, das Appartment ist top. Wir kommen wieder. Positive: + Der Vermieter hat die Anreise und die Schlüsselübergabe (per Safebox) perfektioniert: alles ist mit Videos erklärt, besser geht es nicht. + Die Tiefgarage ist sehr gut zugänglich und sicher, der Parkplatz nicht zu eng. + Der Aufzug fährt von der TG bis zur Wohnungsetage im 3. OG. Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist das große Plus dieser Wohnung. + Die Wohnung sticht durch außerordentliche (!) Sauberkeit extrem positiv hervor. Sie ist modern eingerichtet inkl. deutschen Fernsehprogramm via Internet und für 2 Zimmer mit Balkon sehr großzügig. Die Küche ist gut bestückt, sogar Kaffeetabs waren vorhanden. + Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig. Nachts hört man bei offenen Fenstern die Straße, die Lautstärke ist aber vertretbar. Mit geschlossenem Fenster hört man: nichts. + Die Wohnung ist mit dem ÖPNV bestens mit der Innenstadt (Strassenbahn (ca. 20 min) oder U-Bahn (ca. 10 min)) und der Prager Burg (Strassenbahn, ca. 25 min) verbunden. Der Weg zu den Haltestellen sind ca. 300 m. In Umkreis von 200 m sind auch mehrere kleine Supermärkte, bei denen man alles Notwendige bekommt. + Sehr großzügig ist Bepreisung des ÖPNVs in Prag: Ab 60 Jahren zahlt man 50 % des Normaltarifs, ab 65 ist alles kostenfrei, der Personalausweis reicht zur Legitimation. +++ Fazit: unbedingte Empfehlung Negative: Die Bedienung der Raffstores im Schlafzimmer ist etwas gewöhnungbedürftig, das teilt der Vermieter auch so mit. Es funktioniert gut mit einem "Doubletip".
